Turn in a report. Bring a hard-copy of the report next Saturday (11).

• Three to five page summary of your work. This should include:
• Philosophy of the types of property you are looking for. Quick turnaround? Hold and lease for a number of years? These types of strategies will help to frame the decisions you make during the process.
  
• Variables used
• Procedures completed
• Results. List the top 5 properties that you would take a closer look at based on your analysis. Also explain why these properties rose to the top of the list of properties to further explore.
  
• Practical effectiveness of your research. In other words, please explain why or why not your research would be of value to investors. What worked well? What did not work so well? What would make this procedure more effective?
• Useful screenshots of final results, procedures, and anything that you think will help to illustrate your work.
